Sandrine Dixson-Decleve

Sandrine Dixson-Declève is Executive Chair of Earth4All and Co-President of The Club of Rome, where she leads global work on systems change, sustainability, and long-term economic transformation.

She focuses on connecting policymakers, business leaders, and scientific institutions to address climate change, inequality, and systemic global risks, with an emphasis on practical pathways for transition.

She chairs the European Commission Expert Group on the Economic and Societal Impact of Research & Innovation (ESIR) and is a member of the EU Mission on Climate Change Adaptation. She serves on several boards and advisory bodies, including Climate KIC, EDP, BMW, UCB, Laudes Foundation, and academic institutions such as Imperial College London and the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).

Dixson-Declève is an Ambassador for the Energy Transition Commission (ETC) and the Wellbeing Alliance (WeAll), and a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science. She has advised European Commission presidents, governments, international organizations, and global companies on sustainability and climate policy.

She is a TED Global speaker and co-author of Earth for All: A Survival Guide for Humanity and Quel Monde Pour Demain, focusing on systemic solutions to global environmental and economic challenges.

Recognised internationally as a leading voice in sustainability leadership, she has been named among global changemakers driving the low-carbon transition.

Her work bridges science, policy, business, and civil society to accelerate systemic responses to the climate and sustainability crisis.
