Fabio Pompei has served as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Italy and Central Mediterranean since June 2019. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Deloitte North South Europe and, since 2023, of the Executive Committee of Deloitte Global.

Previously, he served as a member of the Deloitte Global Board and as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. He was also Talent Leader of Deloitte Italy from 2011 to 2015 and has been a partner since 2000. He is a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy and the ISPI.

Over the years, he has gained extensive experience coordinating audit and advisory activities for major national and international industrial groups operating across multiple business sectors.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Sapienza University of Rome.
