Elisa Zambito Marsala holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin and a master’s degree in Organization from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
With almost twenty years of experience within Intesa Sanpaolo Group, she has developed expertise in strategic planning, organizational management, innovation and transformation processes. Since April 2020, she has been part of Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione. Over the course of her career, she has held several leadership positions connected to innovation and organizational development.
She led the Smart Working project reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, coordinated Open Innovation activities at the Innovation Center, and managed Innovation Planning and Partnerships, overseeing strategic initiatives and evaluating their qualitative and quantitative impact. She also held leadership roles within the Banca dei Territori Division, supporting the organizational coordination of central and regional structures and contributing to the development of strategic business plans. Within the Human Resources and Organization Department, she managed strategic and simplification projects aimed at improving efficiency, collaboration and organizational adaptability across the Group. Her work focuses on innovation governance, organizational transformation and the development of sustainable and future-oriented business models.
