Iris Nicomedi holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po/PSIA, with a specialization in International Energy and China and East Asia. Her academic background has provided a strong foundation for a career focused on the intersection of energy systems, international cooperation, and climate policy.

She brings more than ten years of professional experience in the field of energy and climate change, working across a variety of roles including project management, project finance, coordination of international initiatives, and engagement in multilateral climate negotiations. Throughout her career, she has also been actively involved in the design and organization of trainings, workshops, and high-level events aimed at advancing climate action and fostering cross-sector collaboration.

She currently leads the project “Cambio io, cambia il mondo” at the Be The Hope Foundation, an initiative dedicated to addressing the climate crisis through awareness, engagement, and transformative action.
