His projects investigate geopolitics, geography, identity, science, and the invisible forces shaping contemporary society. Published by National Geographic, Time, and The New Yorker, and exhibited internationally, he is the author of acclaimed books including Sinomocene and Critical Minerals. His awards include the Leica Oskar Barnack Award and the Carmignac Photojournalism Award.
