Francesco Perrini

Francesco Perrini is Associate Dean for Sustainability at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he also oversees activities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship (ICE). He is Full Professor of Economics and Business Administration at Università Bocconi.
At SDA Bocconi, he is Professor of Corporate and Real Estate Finance, Scientific Director of the Sustainability Lab and co-director of the eSG Lab, dedicated to sustainability and governance for SMEs. His academic and professional activity focuses on corporate sustainability, ESG integration, sustainable finance, business ethics and corporate governance.

He is founder and Director of the MSc in Transformative Sustainability, a joint programme between Bocconi University and Politecnico di Milano, and teaches courses on strategic finance, ESG analysis, corporate sustainability strategy and business ethics.

Over the years, he has held several leadership positions related to sustainability research and corporate responsibility, including Rector’s Delegate for Sustainability at Bocconi University and member of the Action Council on Sustainability & Global Emergencies for the B20 / G20 Italy 2021.
Alongside his academic work, Perrini collaborates extensively with companies and institutions through executive education programmes, sustainability workshops and advisory activities focused on integrating ESG principles into corporate strategy and long-term business transformation.
