Giulia Genuardi holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Palermo and completed a specialization program in Administration, Finance, and Control at Luiss Management. From May 2003 to August 2011, she held various positions within Enel’s Audit department, and since September 2011, she has been responsible for “Methodology, Planning, Code of Ethics, and “Organizational and Management Model” within Enel SpA’s Audit Department.

From February 2011 to July 2013, she served as Compliance Officer pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 at Enel.NewHydro srl, Enel Insurance (formerly Enel.Re LTD), Enel Finance International NV, and Enel Investment Holding BV.

She currently serves as Head of Sustainability Planning and Performance Management at Enel SpA, working on issues of economic, environmental, social, and governance sustainability, with particular focus on defining Enel’s sustainability plan as well as ESG reporting, coordinating related activities across the Group’s various countries.
