Sandrine Dixson-Decleve

Sandrine Dixson-Declève is the Executive Chair of Earth4All and Honorary President of The Club of Rome, where she leads global initiatives on systems change, sustainability, and long-term economic transformation. Her work serves as a bridge between science, policy, and business to accelerate tangible responses to climate and social crises.

She holds high-level institutional roles, serving as a Commissioner on the WHO Commission on Climate and Health and the Climate Governance Commission. She chaired the European Commission’s Expert Group on the Economic and Societal Impacts of Research and Innovation (ESIR) and contributes to the EU Mission on Climate Change Adaptation. Sandrine has advised European Commission presidents, governments, and international organizations.

She serves on numerous boards and advisory bodies, including EDP, BMW, UCB, Climate KIC, and the Laudes Foundation. In the academic sphere, she is a Professor at the College of Europe, a member of Imperial College London, and a faculty member at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), as well as a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science.

An internationally renowned speaker (TED Global) and author, she wrote the acclaimed book “Earth for All: A Survival Guide for Humanity”, translated into 10 languages. Recognized globally for her leadership, she was awarded the 2024 Aenne Burda Award and named by Forbes as one of the “Top 50 Women Over 50” leading global climate action, and by Reuters as one of 25 “Global Female Trailblazers.”
