Sara Segantin (EUCP Ambassador) is a journalist, writer, lecturer, and advisor to the European Commission on climate risk communication strategies. She is a radio host for the RAI and serves as a TV reporter and field correspondent for the network and various newspapers, specializing in climate justice with a dedicated focus on frontline communities.

She teaches Climate Crisis Communication at the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) in Trieste. A co-founder of Fridays for Future in Italy, she is an Ambassador for the European Climate Pact and an Explorer for the Society of Women Geographers.

Through her novels for young adults, she develops educational and training programs on climate and peace. Her work centers on the bridge between storytelling, culture, and the environment, emphasizing the vital interconnection between climate justice, human rights, and the protection of the planet.
