At Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., he launched the TOKYO FOOD LAB, a space dedicated to experimentation and social implementation aimed at addressing social challenges, as well as the “TOKYO IDEA EXCHANGE,” a place where creatives and engineers come together to shape ideas and solutions for the future, transcending corporate boundaries. In 2019, he launched the Future Food Hub In Japan in collaboration with Future Food, a global network in the food sector that aims to solve social challenges through innovation. The goal is to create a new food ecosystem to realize a sustainable society where “economic growth,” “a sustainable global environment,” and “human well-being” are in balance. In 2021, he founded the Tokyo Food Institute, committing to supporting workforce development in the food sector, research and development, and the promotion of social implementation.
